1 Large Studio & 1 Small Studio
Alpha Studio
Our large Alpha Studio measures 20 feet by 30 feet and can accommodate up to 8 musicians. Basic rate of $65 per 3 hour minimum includes 8-channel PA with side-fills and 1 wedge monitor. Microphones, drumkit, bass rig, guitar combo amp, cables, etc are available for extra cost. (See Rates). Those who pay in advance by the month for at least (4) – 3 hour sessions per month can get EVEN BETTER RATES & keys to the studio and have 24/7 access to their optionally rented storage lockers (when available).
Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30pm – 6:30am / Sat & Sun 24hrs.

L’il Beta Studio
Our smaller, economically priced Li’l Beta Studio is perfect for drummers, guitarists, etc., wanting to have a personal practice and also great for up to 4 band members. Room measures 10 feet by 15 feet. Basic price of $55 per 3 hour minimum includes vocal PA. Microphones, drumkit, bass rig, guitar combo amp, cables, etc are available for extra cost. (See Rates). Those who pay in advance by the month for at least (4) – 3 hour sessions per month can get EVEN BETTER RATES & keys to the studio and have 24/7 access to their optionally rented storage lockers (when available).

We have free Shaw Open WiFi which is available to all Shaw customers .

Ample free parking.
Kitchenette
Equipped with sink, fridge, coffee maker, water kettle, glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, garbage & recycle bins.
Backline
Available to rent: drumkits, bass rigs, guitar combo amps, microphones, XLR & 1/4″ phono cables, etc.
Lounge Area
Alpha studio has a lounge area with couch, coffee tables, magazines, writing paper & pens.
Free Coffee & Tea
Complimentary medium roast cofffee, black teas & herbal teas. Sugar, honey, cream whitener, fresh coffee cream & 2% milk.
Checkin & Checkout
Checkin: Please be on time for your rehearsal! If you are running late, please give us a courtesy text/call (250-514-5049). We can only wait 15 minutes beyond your scheduled starting time as we have other studio locations to tend to.
Checkout: Please make sure to go over the provided check list to make sure that you clean up, turn everything off and lock up the studio properly.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved for you.
Cancelled sessions without 48 hours notice will be charged.
House Rules
- Most importantly, have fun!
- Please respect other band’s equipment as you would expect them to respect yours.
- No smoking or vaping on the premises. An ashcan is provided outside for cigarette butts.
- Please do not flick your cigarette butts on the ground or leave them on window sills, etc.
- Please do not leave empty beverage containers outside.
- You may only usae the studio, storage area, kitchenette & bathroom. Pleaes do not try to enter any other rooms on the premises.
- Parties are not permitted at the studio! You may have a couploe close friends as visitors.
- Please leave the studio, kitchentte & bathroom clean and tidy! Put all trash in garbage can in kitechette area. All dirty dishes/glassware go in sink and empties in blue recycle bin.
- Pack down all gear and put all furniture back where you found it.
- Turn evertyhing off before leaving! (P.A/Coffeemaker/Fans/Lights/Heat,etc.)
- Take all personal belongings with you
- Keep storage area locked at all times unless loading or unloading.
- Make sure entrance door is locked when leaving! Test it!
