To Rehearse At Pro Jam Spaces

Before making your first booking, we need to start a file for you:

  1. It is required that a damage waiver is completed, signed & returned which includes providing ID & credit card numbers (Visa/MC only).  There must be at least $200 available on the credit card you provide in order to put an authorization (not a purchase) on it. Sorry, debit, prepaid or gift cards with visa/mc logos are not accepted.
  2. Please open PJS WAIVER and complete the fillable online form (typing full name will be considered signature on the bottom). Then, either rename & save the file and return the fillable pdf form or take a screenshot and return to us via email: book”at”projamspaces.com  When you come to your first rehearsal, please bring photo ID and credit card (for number verification).
  3. Once we receive back the completed form via email, we can continue with your booking.
